Designed for a suburban Bellarine site, Coramba presented the opportunity to create a home that achieves something suburban settings often struggle with — a sense of calm, space and considered design within the constraints of a typical residential block.

The design prioritises liveability and flow. Internal spaces are arranged to maximise natural light and cross-ventilation, while the relationship between indoor and outdoor living areas is carefully resolved to suit the way the clients actually live. The result is a home that feels larger and more generous than its footprint suggests.
